Rosca de Reyes @leap
In México we have a special celebration on January 6th, it is called Día de Reyes and we commemorate the biblical story about three Magicians that came to Belen from Middle East to give presents to new born Jesus. In the Mexican tradition we gather on this date to eat a special baked bread and we share it with friends and family.
In a gesture to welcome Giulia and Iarid as part of LEAP family, we brought a Rosca de Reyes (the specially baked bread) to the studio and have fun seeing who will get the hidden little Jesus, a small plastic doll that, according to the tradition, who ever gets the doll in its piece of bread is expected to bring tamales on the first days of February.
